Optional pre-workshop tours to the CNN Center, the Georgia Aquarium or the New World of Coca Cola are offered on Wednesday afternoon, October 24, 2007. If you wish to participate, just indicate which tour you prefer when you register for the workshop. The costs for these optional tours are not included in the workshop registration fee. An additional fee for tour site admission, bus transportation and a box lunch will be charged when you register for the workshop. Please print and retain a copy of the tour confirmation as a receipt. Buses to these tour sites will depart from the Marriott Hotel at 1pm and will return by 3pm. The opening ceremonies for the workshop will begin with a tour of the Japanese Garden, a cocktail reception and banquet at the Carter Center on Wednesday evening, October 24, 2007. The cost for transportation, reception and banquet at the Carter Center are included in the workshop registration fee. Please RSVP for the banquet when you register for the workshop. In addition, tickets for an optional guided tour of the Carter Museum are available for $8.00 each, and may be purchased when you register for the workshop. Buses to the Carter Center will depart from the Marriott Hotel at 5:30pm and return about 10:30pm. The Keynote Address will be given at 7:30pm.
